I recently read an interesting article on Adam Dempsey's Blog, where he is interested in building a Torrent Indexing site, but has concerns regarding legality issue. He raises the question of whether linking to sites that host torrent files would be illegal, or if the only way you would be breaking the law is if you were actually hosting the torrent files. He also has a great article entitled Alphabet Soup, in where he maps out which websites own each letter of the alphabet, according to the main search engines and he gets some rather interesting results!
